About the project
There is a very delicate balance between the culinary proposal of a restaurant and the space that hosts it: everything must be part of the gastronomic experience that the restaurant and its chef want for their customers.
Maison Brisset, which designed and realised this space, has demonstrated that it has perfectly understood these needs also with the use of MATTEOBRIONI’s natural clay finishes: a choice that not only accommodates the needs of its customers but also demonstrates a profound attention to the theme of sustainability in the architectural sphere.
For the occasion, the floors were finished with TerraFloor Commercial high-resistance clay and epoxy resin coating, TerraVista Strutturato fine-grained clay finish plaster was applied to the walls of the rooms, and TerraSilk Strutturato raw earth paint was used to finish part of the walls and all ceiling surfaces. A reinforced variant of TerraVista, namely its Plus version, was used for the bathroom walls. All products used were in Panna (cream) colour.
